The Nose Dive Bar in the daytime was relatively quiet. Naturally, I asked permission to take this photo and got it. Looking back, I have to conclude that my asking had been not aggressive enough because I hadn't gotten turned down once. This here is as slinky as it gets. It's something I'll have to work on next time.

At night, it turned into Kim's kind of bar! I kept running into her there.

You can't see that here but the guy on the right is very flexible and can bend over backwards so his head's touching the floor, and then smoke and drink in that position. He was drinking pickle juice.
